From 10.00 until 18.00 demonstration of traditional “potica” baking.

The demonstrator will present to the participants the whole procedure of potica baking, the traditional way, from dough kneading to baking in a special bread oven.

Demonstration can be viewed with the purchase of the museum ticket.
