On Monday, 3rd December 2018, we invite you to visit the Technical museum of Slovenia and Museum of post and telecommunications. The Technical museum of Slovenia will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m and the Museum of post and telecommunications will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The doors of all cultural institutions in Slovenia are traditionally open today to the public in honour of France Prešeren, one of Slovenia’s finest poets, who was born on 3rd December 1800. Due to the celebration of birth of France Prešeren the entrance in both museums is free of charge.

Programme of the Technical museum of Slovenia:

  • At 11 a.m. you can join us on the public guided tour of the exhibition Knowledge without Frontiers
  • At 3 p.m. you are invited on a public guided tour of the project ICYDK: In case you didn’t know and its exhibition, with the emphasis on intellectual property.
  • Visitors will also be able to see a refurbished electro collection with presentations of the basics of electricity through simple and interesting interactive displays.
    The entire program is also suitable for families and totally free.

  • At 3 p.m. you are invited to join the guided tour for families and other, on which we will discover permanent collections and temporary exhibitions.

The Museum of Post and Telecommunications will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The entrance is free of charge.
